Our GP teams can provide a range of support, advice and treatment with a range of ailments and complaints.

Practice Nurses

Appointments are available with the practice nurses and their team for all of the following:

• Cervical Smears
• Chronic Disease Management Review Clinics – for patients with Asthma, COPD, Diabetes, Heart Disease & Epilepsy
• Health Promotion
• Well Man / Woman Review
• Contraceptive Advice
• Baby Immunisations
• New Patient Medical
• Travel Advice & Immunisations – essential only
• Influenza Vaccinations
• Blood Pressure Clinics
• Weight management Clinics

Patients aged over 40, those with a learning disability or those who have not seen the GP for 3 years are encouraged to book in for a health check with the nurse / GP.  Please contact us for more information / to book your check up.

From June 2018, we are phasing in a new ‘One Stop’ patient recall system to ensure patients are regularly invited into practice for health screening and monitoring.  Please ensure you book your appointment as soon as your letter arrives and inform us of any changes of contact details for you.
