You are welcome to register with any PWE practice if you live within the practice Areas of Accrington, Rawtenstall, Nelson and Burnley. Our receptionists will be happy to assist you.
You will be offered a new patient check with one of our practice nurses or Health Care Assistants to enable us to take note of your current health status. It is very important for you to attend. Please make every attempt to come for this checkup. If you cannot attend, however, you should let us know and arrange to make another appointment as soon as possible. You will only be able to make appointments with the practice for immediately necessary treatment until your new patient check is completed.
Potential registrants should check that they live within the practice boundaries.
Registration forms and a pre-registration questionnaire need to be completed and handed into the reception. Please pick up a form at reception to complete. Alternatively, the pre-registration forms can be accessed from the above “Registering Online” tab.
